Terms of Enrollment

By registering for Course 201 or 202 and completing the enrollment process, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Nature of the Course Experience

The Elijah House School of Heart Healing addresses deep matters of the heart and may, at times, be emotionally intense. Personal responses to lessons and small group interactions may include, but are not limited to, expressions of anger, anxiety, apprehension, insomnia, depression, dissociation, or other emotional responses.

Mandatory Reporting: If a crime is confessed in a small group setting, the Online Facilitator is required to report it to Elijah House. In accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho and/or other applicable states, Elijah House leadership may be required to report such incidents to the appropriate authorities.

2. Personal Healing & Readiness

Elijah House courses are designed to provide tools for heart healing, but due to time constraints, not all personal life issues can be fully addressed during the course. Heart healing is a lifelong process, and students are encouraged to pursue further healing as needed after completing the course.

If you have significant unresolved personal issues, it is advisable to seek prayer ministry or counseling prior to enrollment. If you are currently under the care of a counselor or prayer minister, you are encouraged to discuss your participation in this course with them and receive their approval before enrolling.

3. Small Group Attendance Policy

Small group sessions are an essential part of the Elijah House training experience. These sessions foster trust, accountability, and deep healing. Because of this, students are expected to attend all 10 small group sessions.

  • If an emergency prevents attendance, students may miss one small group session but must complete all required videos, submit homework, and (where available) watch a recording of the missed session.
  • If a student misses a second small group session, they will be automatically dropped from the course with no tuition refund.

4. Student Withdrawal & Course Drop Policy

Students may withdraw from a 10-week online course prior to the start date by submitting a written request to onlineschool@elijahhouse.org at least 14 days before the course start date.

  • If a withdrawal request is received at least 14 days prior to the start date, students will receive a tuition refund, minus a $59 application fee.
  • If a withdrawal request is received less than 14 days before the course starts, students will receive a tuition refund minus the $59 application fee and an additional $200 penalty. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency.
  • If a student drops out after attending their first small group session (whether voluntarily or due to attendance issues as outlined above), no tuition refund will be given.

5. Refund Policy for Physical Course Materials
  • Refunds for physical copies of study guides and required reading books are only available if materials are returned in perfect, resalable condition.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • The student is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • 6. Payment Plan Agreement (Shop Pay)

If a student enrolls using Shop Pay’s payment plan and withdraws before the course starts, refunds will follow the withdrawal policies outlined above.

If a student is dropped due to attendance issues, no tuition refund will be given, and the student will be expected to pay the remaining balance in full according to their Shop Pay agreement.
